5. Refunds for Unutilized Services:

5.1. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a tour, activity, or service once it has commenced. If you voluntarily decide not to use any part of the booked services, no refund will be granted for the unused portion.

In the event of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, refunds will be subject to the policies of the service providers involved.
