Important Info

1. Recommended minimum age: Age 5. Minimum child age to operate the ATV: Age 16;
2. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, guests with walking disabilities, back problem, heart disease or other serious medical conditions for safety concerns;
3. Maximum occupancy on each ATV is 2 persons and the total weight per ATV should not exceed than 130kg;
4. Please note that details of all participating guests such as full name, passport number (for foreigner) or MyKad/MyKid number (for Malaysian), gender, nationality, date of birth and weight are required for assessment and insurance purposes;
5. Please note a registration form includes liability waivers is required to be signed prior to activity;
6. Kindly read through and follow the Rules & Regulations, guests will be held responsible for damage to the ATV due to his/her carelessness and recklessness or violation of the rules and regulations;
7. Please arrive promptly at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to activity. No refund is available for late arrivals or No Show;
8. Please note that schedule, itineraries, activities may be changed or cancelled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances;
9. This activity will still proceed in rainy conditions. It may sometimes be postponed to a later time depending on the operator’s discretion;
10. The images of ATV shown are for reference only. The model and colour may be varied depending on availability;

1. Excessive speed and smoking are not allowed while riding;
2. No alcohol or recreational drugs are to be consumed at least 12 hours prior to activity;
3. Any guests who are found under the influence of alcohol or drugs, suspected to have a physical or health conditions or fail to adhere to safety rules and regulations will not be allowed to participate in this activity;
4. It is recommended to wear something comfortable (no skirt), sport shoe, sunblock and insect repellent. You may also bring along a backpack to keep the mobile phone, camera or bottled water during activity;
5. It is not advisable to wear any jewelry or loose accessory during activity;
6. Please be reminded not to leave behind your personal items unattended during activity. The risk of damage or loss of personal belongings remains with you;
7. The water flow of the waterfall is seasonal. Good water flow is only available during the rainy season (usually between September to November);

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund (subjected to a standard refund penalty) if cancel 8 days prior to activity date - a processing fee of RM 2 will be imposed;
• No refund if cancel less than 7 days prior to activity date or No Show;
