Important Info

1. Child ticket: Age 2-12. Free of charge for child age 23 months and below;
2. The ferry management reserves the right to change the schedule and postpone any trip due to unforeseen weather conditions or other unforeseen conditions without any liability or compensation;
3. The ferry is strictly a point-to-point carrier. LangkawiTour and the ferry management shall not be responsible for any liability or compensation due to missed flight connection, hotel booking or any travel arrangement;
4. Passengers shall comply with all travel and immigration requirements necessary in the country of destination and shall, if necessary, obtain all necessary visa or document whether for health, immigration, customs or other;
5. Passengers may be denied boarding, detained or deported by the respective authorities if failing to meet all travel and immigration requirements in the country of destination;
6. Any fines or penalties due to non-compliance of visa or entry requirements will be at the responsibility of the passenger;
7. Please note that details of all passengers such as full name, passport number, gender, nationality and date of birth are required for immigration clearance purposes;
8. Please arrive at the check in point at 2 hours before the scheduled time of departure. The valid travel document (passport and entry visa) and mobile booking voucher are required upon check in. Failure to do so would result in denied boarding, cancellation of the booked ticket/s and no refund shall be entertained;
9. Passengers who miss their intended departure will have to purchase new tickets on the next departure time (subject to seat availability);
10. Passengers who have purchased 2 ways ferry ticket will have to reconfirm the return date upon arrival with the staff;
11. The seating is on first-come, first-served basis;
12. There is no pier at Koh Lipe and passengers may be transferred from the beach to the ferry by local longtail boats;
13. The images of ferry shown are for reference only. The type of ferry is chosen based on weather conditions and number of passengers;
14. The tickets are not transferable and only valid on the specified date and time. No refund shall be entertained for any expired or unused ticket;
