Know Before You Go:
- Child Ticket: Applicable for children aged 3-10 (determined strictly by the year of birth, not by the exact birthdate). Children aged 2 and below can join free of charge;
- Health Restrictions: This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, respiratory issues, severe motion sickness, joint or mobility problems, back or neck injuries, or those recovering from recent surgeries or medical procedures. It involves boat rides, climbing steps, and walking on uneven terrain, requiring basic physical fitness. Guests with these conditions are advised to consult their doctor before joining the tour;
- Arrival Courtesy: For bookings without hotel transfer, please arrive at the meeting point by 09:00 AM. For bookings with hotel transfer, please be on time to avoid missing the pick-up. Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;
- Rainy Conditions: This activity will proceed even in rainy weather but may sometimes be postponed to a later time at the operator's discretion;
- Activity Adjustments: Schedules, itineraries, and activities are subject to change or cancellation due to weather, sea conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances;
- Trip Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the operator due to stormy weather, an alternative day or a refund will be offered;
- Gear Availability Limitations: Due to the limited snorkelling gear, guests may need to take turns to ensure everyone has an opportunity to use it;
- Safety Guidelines: Follow all safety instructions provided by the operator during the activity to ensure a safe experience for everyone;

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee, if cancelled 8 days or more prior to the activity date;
- No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the activity date or in the case of a no-show;
