           Operation Hours: 

• 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Thursday - Monday);
• Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (except during National Public Holidays and School Holidays);   
• (The operation hours may change during the month of Ramadhan)          

1. Child Ticket: Applicable for children with a height of 90-120cm. Children below 90cm can join free of charge;
2. Senior Citizen Ticket: Applicable for visitors aged 60 and above;
3. Malaysian Citizen Ticket Verification: For tickets purchased under the Malaysian citizen category, you may be required to present your MyKad/MyKid upon ticket redemption for verification. Failure to do so will require you to pay the full price of a regular ticket;
4. Senior Citizen Ticket Verification: For tickets purchased under the senior citizen category, you may be required to present your MyKad/MyKid (for Malaysians) or passport (for non-Malaysians) upon ticket redemption for verification. Failure to do so will require you to pay the full price of a regular adult ticket;
5. Ticket Conditions and Expiry: Tickets are not transferable, shareable, partially redeemable, or exchangeable for cash, and are valid for one-time entry only. Expired vouchers will not be accepted;
6. Rules and Regulations: Visitors must comply with the Splash Out's rules and regulations, including all signs and notices displayed within and around the park;
7. Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited in the park: pets, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous or combustible items, glass objects, sharp objects, chewing gum, large tripods, folding chairs and stools, selfie sticks, tents and canopies, audio amplifiers, and recreational devices with wheels (including skateboards, shoes with wheels, and scooters);
8. Food and Beverage Policy: No outside food and beverages are allowed in the park, except for infants or those with special medical needs. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited;
9. Bag Inspection: All bags, backpacks, or packages may be inspected prior to entering the park;
10. Safety Responsibility: Safety is a shared responsibility. Every visitor must act responsibly on all rides. Do not participate in any ride or activity if you are under the influence of medication, drugs, or alcohol, if you are too afraid to participate, or if you have any health conditions, pre-existing conditions, or injuries;
11. Wristband Requirements: All visitors are required to wear their wristband tag at all times while in the park. No refund will be provided for lost wristbands;
12. Cashless System: Your wristband works with the cashless system adopted by Splash Out Langkawi. Please deposit sufficient cash into your wristband at the ticketing counters or kiosks for usage and convenience while in the park;
13. Smoking Policy: For the comfort and safety of all visitors, common areas are smoke-free. Smoking of tobacco, cigarettes, or vape products is allowed only in designated areas;
14. Weather-Related Closures: Due to Malaysia's tropical climate, thunderstorms occur regularly. In the event of thunderstorms, all outdoor attractions will be closed for guest safety. No refunds will be provided in the event of inclement weather;
15. Operational Changes: Splash Out Langkawi reserves the right to change operating hours, carry out renovation, maintenance, or upgrading work, close any part of the park, or restrict the number of visitors without prior notice;
16. Liability Disclaimer: LangkawiTour and Splash Out Langkawi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, damages, or injuries suffered by visitors within the park, arising from any acts or omissions of Splash Out Langkawi, its staff, and/or other visitors, whether those acts or omissions are negligent or otherwise;
17. Refusal of Admission: Splash Out Langkawi reserves the right to refuse admission or require a visitor already admitted to leave the park without refund or compensation for failing to comply with park rules or engaging in illegal, unsafe, or offensive conduct;

19. Media Policy: Splash Out Langkawi reserves the right to photograph, film, record, or reproduce visitors' images and/or voices for use in promotional materials across electronic, print, digital, or online platforms without prior consent;
