Spread over 20 hectares, the park is divided into several sections or concretized ponds. It is the largest Crocodile Adventureland in Malaysia and "Malaysia Biggest Crocodile in captivity" according to The Malaysia Book of Records.

• Last Entry: 05:30 PM;
• (The operation hour may be changed during Ramadhan month)

1. Child ticket: Age 3-12. Free of charge for child age 2 and below;
2. Senior Citizen ticket: Age 60 and above (only applicable for Malaysian);
3. For the ticket purchase under Malaysian including senior citizen, you may be asked to present MyKad/MyKid upon ticket redemption for verification. You will have to pay the total amount of normal ticket should you fail to do so;
4. The tickets are not transferable, shareable, partially redeemable or exchangeable for cash and valid for one time entry only;
5. Expired voucher will not be accepted;
6. Visitors must comply with the park rules and regulations, which include the signs and notices displayed in/on and/or around the park;
7. Pet, weapon, illegal substance, firework, hazardous, combustible item, glass object and/or sharp object are strictly prohibited in the park;
8. Smoking, outside food and drink including alcohol drink are not permitted in the park;
9. LangkawiTour and Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect and/or consequential losses, damages, injuries suffered by visitors within the park, arising from any acts or omissions of Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi, its staff and/or its other park visitors whether those acts or omissions are negligent or otherwise;
10. Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi reserves the right to change the operation hours, carry out renovation, maintenance or upgrading work, close any part of the park or restrict the number of visitors without prior notice;
11. Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi reserves the right to refuse admission to any visitors or to require the visitor already admitted to leave the park, without refund or compensation, in circumstances such as failure to comply with the park rules, illegal, unsafe or offensive conduct;
