2. Please be on time for the pick up. No refund is available for late arrivals or No Show;
3. Extra hours will be charged at RM 50 per hour. Please pay to the driver guide directly;
4. Baby car seat or booster seat is available for rental (subjected to availability), at additional RM 15 per seat and to be paid to the driver guide directly. Please indicate in the “Remarks” section at time of booking;
5. The tour is subject to the local traffic, places of interest’s operation hour and other external factors;
6. The images of vehicle shown are for reference only. Vehicle model and colour may be varied depending on availability;

1. Children age under 16 must be accompanied by an adult;

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund (subject to a standard refund penalty) if canceled 8 days or more prior to the activity date. A processing fee of 4% of the paid amount will be imposed;
