Important Info

1. Adult pricing applies to all guests including infants;
2. A minimum of 2 persons per bookig is required;
3. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, guests with heart disease, high blood pressure, acute asthma, other breathing difficulties, epilepsy, acrophobia or other serious medical conditions for safety concerns;
4. It is not advisable to fly within 24 hours after scuba diving;
5. Maximum occupancy on each helicopter is 3 passengers, including infants;
6. Maximum weight per passenger is 120kg, while the total weight per helicopter should not exceed than 285kg;
7. Please note that details of all participating guests such as full name, passport number (for foreigner) or MyKad/MyKid number (for Malaysian), gender, nationality, date of birth and weight are required for flight safety requirements and insurance purposes;
8. Please bring along MyKad/MyKid (for Malaysian) or photocopied passport (for foreigner) in order to complete the standard operating procedure before flying;
9. Please arrive promptly at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to flight. No refund is available for late arrivals or No Show;
10. Please note that schedule and itineraries may be changed or cancelled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances;
11. The flight may be postponed to a later time in rainy conditions depending on the operator or pilot’s discretion;
12. Flight duration is only an estimation and include the landing;
13. Smoking, food and drink are not allowed on board;
14. The images of helicopter shown are for reference only. Helicopter model and colour may be varied depending on availability;

1. Children age under 16 must be accompanied by an adult;
2. No alcohol or recreational drugs are to be consumed at least 12 hours prior to flight;
3. Any guests who are found under the influence of alcohol or drugs, smoking on board, suspected to have a physical or health conditions or fail to adhere to safety rules and regulations will not be allowed to participate in this activity;
4. Guests are not allowed to choose specific seats due to the weight and balance concerns of a helicopter;
5. It is recommended to wear comfortable cloth and shoe (no high heel);
6. Please be reminded not to leave behind your personal items unattended during activity. The risk of damage or loss of personal belongings remains with you;
