Itinerary

• Arrive at the Welcome Center of Morac Adventure Park (please arrive 30 minutes prior to the activity)
• Complete your registration at the designated counter
• Attend the safety briefing
• Wait for your turn in the driver's cool room
• Gear up and begin your go-kart adventure
• The track marshal waves the chequered flag to signal the end of the session
• Drive slowly into the pit lane and return your helmet to the crew
• Receive your results via email or collect them at the reception

Important Info

1. Height Requirement: Minimum height to drive: 153 cm;
2. Go-Kart Capacity: A single-seater go-kart can accommodate one person, while a double-seater can accommodate two people;
3. Age Requirement: Minimum age to join as a passenger in a double-seater go-kart: Age 4;
4. Health Restrictions: This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, respiratory issues, severe motion sickness, epilepsy, joint or mobility problems, back or neck injuries, or those recovering from recent surgeries or medical procedures. It involves high-speed driving and requires basic physical fitness, good reflexes, and the ability to control the kart safely. Guests with these conditions are advised to consult their doctor before participating; 
5. Arrival Courtesy: Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes prior to the activity. Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;
6. Rainy Conditions/Wet Track: This activity will proceed even in rainy weather or on a wet track, but sometimes be postponed to a later time at the operator's discretion; 
7. Safety Guidelines: Please read and follow all Safety Rules & Regulations. Follow all instructions provided by the crew during the activity to ensure a safe experience for everyone;
8. Risk & Insurance: Go-karting involves inherent risks, including the possibility of accidents, collisions, or injuries. While the operator provides insurance coverage, it is subject to the policy’s terms and conditions. The operator is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses beyond the scope of the insurance coverage;
9. Registration & Indemnity Requirement: Guests must complete registration upon arrival and sign the indemnity form before the activity. Non-Malaysians are required to remember their passport number for registration purposes;
10. Go-Kart Images Disclaimer: The go-kart images shown are for illustrative purposes only. The model and colour may vary depending on availability;
11. Prohibited Items: Smoking, food and drinks, and alcohol are not permitted in the park. Pets, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous or combustible materials, glass objects, sharp items, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited;
12. Track Map: Please refer to the Track Map for more information and to familiarize yourself with the basic flag signals used by marshals;
13. Media Policy: The operator reserves the right to photograph, film, record, or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of participants for use in promotional materials across electronic, print, digital, or internet platforms without prior consent;

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee, if cancelled 8 days or more prior to the activity date;
• ⁠No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the activity date or in the case of a no-show;
