Important Info

1. Age Requirement: Minimum age to drive: Age 16; minimum age to join as a passenger: Age 5;
2. Jet Ski Capacity: Each jet ski can accommodate a maximum of two people, including children, with a total weight limit of 180 kg per jet ski;
3. Health Restrictions: This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, respiratory issues, severe motion sickness, joint or mobility problems, back or neck injuries, or those recovering from recent surgeries or medical procedures. It involves high-speed jet skiing on open water, which requires basic physical fitness and coordination. Guests with these conditions are advised to consult their doctor before joining the tour and inform the guide for any necessary assistance;
4. Arrival Courtesy: Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the activity. Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;
5. Rainy Conditions: This activity will proceed even in rainy weather but may sometimes be postponed to a later time at the operator's discretion;
6. Activity Adjustments: Schedules, itineraries, and activities are subject to change or cancellation due to weather, sea conditions or other unforeseen circumstances;
7. Trip Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the operator due to stormy weather, an alternative day or a refund will be offered;
8. Safety Guidelines: Follow all safety instructions provided by the guide during the activity to ensure a safe experience for everyone;
9. Liability for Damage/Malfunctions: Guests will be held responsible for any damage or malfunctions to the jet ski caused by carelessness, recklessness, or violation of safety rules during the activity;
10. Risk & Insurance: Jet skiing involves inherent risks, including the possibility of accidents, collisions, or injuries. While the operator provides insurance coverage, it is subject to the policy’s terms and conditions. The operator is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses beyond the scope of the insurance coverage;
11. Damage/Malfunction Penalties: If the jet ski is involved in an accident, including overturning or capsizing, the responsible rider will incur a minimum penalty of RM 1,000, or more, depending on the extent of the damage. Payment must be made by cash or card;
12. Registration & Indemnity Requirement: Guests must complete registration upon arrival and sign the indemnity form before the activity. Non-Malaysians are required to remember their passport number for registration purposes;
13. Jet Ski Images Disclaimer: The jet ski images shown are for illustrative purposes only. The model and colour may vary depending on availability;
14. Prohibited Items: Pets, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous or combustible items, glass objects, and/or sharp objects are strictly prohibited;
15. Media Policy: The operator reserves the right to photograph, film, record, or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of participants for use in promotional materials across electronic, print, digital, or internet platforms without prior consent;

• Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee, if cancelled 8 days or more prior to the activity date;
• ⁠No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the activity date or in the case of a no-show;
