1. Child Ticket: Applicable for children aged 3-12 (determined strictly by the year of birth, not by the exact birthdate). Children aged 2 and below can join free of charge;

Health Restrictions: This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, respiratory issues, severe motion sickness, joint or mobility problems, back or neck injuries, or those recovering from recent surgeries or medical procedures. It involves boat rides, climbing steps, walking on uneven terrain, and steep slopes, requiring basic physical fitness. Guests with these conditions are advised to consult their doctor before joining the tour;
3. Arrival Courtesy: For bookings without hotel transfer, please arrive at the meeting point by 09:00 AM. For bookings with hotel transfer, please be on time to avoid missing the pick-up. Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. Pick-up times may occasionally be affected by delays caused by earlier guests or traffic congestion;
4. Rainy Conditions: This activity will proceed even in rainy weather but may sometimes be postponed to a later time at the operator's discretion;
5. Rules and Regulations: Guests must comply with each attraction’s rules and regulations, including signs and notices displayed in, on, or around the attraction;

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee, if cancelled 8 days or more prior to the activity date;
• ⁠No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the activity date or in the case of a no-show;
