Itinerary

• Meet up at the hotel lobby OR make own way to Teluk Baru Jetty, Pantai Tengah
• 09:00 AM Depart by boat to start the tour
• Visit Dayang Bunting Island, Singa Besar Island & Beras Basah Island
• 12:30 PM Activity finish, transfer back to the hotel OR make own way back to the hotel

Important Info

1. Child ticket: Age 3-10. Free of charge for child age 2 and below;
2. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, guests with heart disease or other serious medical conditions for safety concerns;
3. Please note that reasonable fitness level is recommended as there is about 10 to 12-minute climb along steps on the hill and steps that lead down to the Dayang Bunting Lake;
4. For guests who have the pick up, please be on time to avoid any missed pick up;
5. For guests who make own way to the meeting point, please arrive promptly 10 minutes prior to activity;
6. No refund is available for late arrivals or No Show;
7. Please note that schedule, itineraries, activities may be changed or cancelled due to weather conditions, sea conditions or other unforeseen circumstances;
8. This activity will still proceed in rainy conditions. It may sometimes be postponed to a later time depending on the operator’s discretion;
9. The images of boat shown are for reference only. The type of boat is chosen based on weather conditions and the number of participating guests;

1. Children age under 16 must be accompanied by an adult;
2. The boatman will notify the tour time allotment upon arrival at each spot. Kindly pay attention to the re-boarding time as the boatman will leave after dropping you; otherwise you might probably miss the boat;
3. Please be careful with the monkeys on the island. They do not usually reach any harm or attack you. But if you carry food or packets, they are likely to pounce and snatch them away. So do not carry any food or drinks with you, neither try to feed them;
4. The Dayang Bunting Lake is great for swimming. There are designated areas (pontoons) for swimming though and the life jacket is available to rent. However, it has an average depth of 10 meters without any shallow area;
5. There is a separate water area with large number of catfish in the Dayang Bunting lake. You may dip your legs, soak in the scenic views and enjoy a natural fish spa;
6. Use of changing room and washroom are chargeable and only available on the Dayang Bunting Island;
7. Please bring extra cash for the Dayang Bunting entrance ticket or other personal expenses;
8. It is recommended to wear swimwear under T-shirt and short pants, hat or cap, sandal or flip-flop, prepare towel, insect repellent, sunblock and sunglasses. You may also bring along the raincoat (in case unexpected showers emerge), a dry or waterproof bag to keep the mobile phone, camera or bottled water during activity;
9. If you are prone to motion sickness, please take any necessary precautions;
10. Please be reminded not to leave behind your personal items unattended during activity. The risk of damage or loss of personal belongings remains with you;

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund (subjected to a standard refund penalty) if cancel 8 days prior to activity date - a processing fee of RM 2 will be imposed;
• No refund if cancel less than 7 days prior to activity date or No Show;
