It involves boat rides, exploring caves, climbing steps, and walking on uneven mangrove terrain, requiring basic physical fitness. Guests with these conditions should consult their doctor before joining and inform the boatman-cum-guide if assistance is needed. Alternatively, guests with mobility issues may be accommodated with a private tour for a more tailored experience;
4. Dietary Restrictions: Inform us of any dietary preferences or allergies in advance, including vegetarian requests. Options may be limited depending on restrictions;
5. Arrival Courtesy (Without Hotel Transfer): Arrive at the meeting point by 09:50 AM as the boat departs promptly at 10:00 AM. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;
6. Arrival Courtesy (With Hotel Transfer): Be ready at your hotel pick-up time to avoid missing the transfer; pick-up times may occasionally be affected by delays caused by earlier guests or traffic congestion. No refunds will be provided for missed transfers or no-shows;
7. Tour Safety: Follow the boatman-cum-guide’s instructions at all times. The mangrove waterways involve certain risks, including possible encounters with wildlife such as monitor lizards, snakes, or insects;
8. Activity Adjustments: Itineraries, stops, and activities may change, be limited, or cancelled due to weather, tidal conditions, or operational requirements;
9. Rainy Conditions: The activity will proceed in light rain. It may be delayed or rescheduled at the operator’s discretion if stormy or unsafe conditions occur. Sheltered areas on the boat are available to provide partial cover from light rain;
10. Trip Cancellation: If the operator cancels the activity due to stormy weather, unsafe conditions or technical issues before it begins, guests will be offered an alternative date or a refund. No refunds once the activity has started;

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee, if cancelled 8 days or more prior to the activity date;
• ⁠No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the activity date or in the case of a no-show;
