Important Info

1. Child Ticket: Applicable for children aged 4-12 (determined strictly by the year of birth, not by the exact birthdate). Children aged 3 and below can join free of charge;
2. Minimum Booking Requirement: A minimum of 2 adults is required per booking. If you are traveling alone, please check with us to confirm if a solo booking is possible;
3. Datai/Tanjung Rhu Surcharge: A surcharge of RM 200 per vehicle (maximum 10 persons) applies to guests staying in Datai or Tanjung Rhu area. This amount is payable directly to the driver at the time of pick-up;
4. Health Restrictions: This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, respiratory issues, severe motion sickness, back or neck injuries, or those recovering from recent surgeries, as the boat ride may sometimes be bumpy, and the limited movement on board could lead to discomfort or health risks. Guests with these conditions are advised to consult their doctor before joining the tour and inform the crew for any necessary assistance;
5. Insurance Requirements: For insurance purposes, please provide the full names, passport numbers (for non-Malaysians), or MyKad/MyKid numbers (for Malaysians), along with gender, nationality, and date of birth for all participants;
6. Dietary Restrictions/Allergy Notice: Please inform us of any specific dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian) or severe allergies for all participating guests so that appropriate arrangements can be made. However, depending on the restrictions, the selection may be limited;
7. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed on board at any time to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests;
8. Arrival Courtesy: For bookings without hotel transfer, please arrive at the meeting point by 03:30 PM, as the boat departs promptly at 04:00 PM. For bookings with hotel transfer, please be on time to avoid missing the pick-up. Late arrivals will be required to pay speedboat transfer charges to catch up with the main vessel. Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;
9. Rainy Conditions: This activity will proceed even in rainy weather. Canopies and saloon areas are available for shelter. However, sunset visibility may be affected by the weather;
10. Activity Adjustments: Schedule, itineraries, including water activities, are subject to change or cancellation due to weather, sea conditions or other unforeseen circumstances;
11. Sea Risks: The sea has inherent risks, such as encounters with jellyfish or stingrays. The crew will provide assistance in case of stings or other incidents. However, LangkawiTour and the cruise company are not liable for any accidents or misfortunes in the water, as guests enter at their own risk;
12. Trip Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the captain due to stormy weather or technical issues, an alternative day or a refund will be offered;
13. Activity Limitations: Due to the limited capacity of the water activities, guests may need to take turns to ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate;
14. Jet Ski Limitations: The jet ski will be operated by a marshal. Guests may self-drive with the marshal seated behind to provide assistance;
15. Food Quality: Most of the food is prepared on land before the cruise, so it may not be hot when served;
16. Menu Flexibility: The menu is subject to change without prior notice;
17. Seating Arrangements: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited shaded areas available. Guests may also sit on the deck to enjoy the open-air experience. Please note that formal dining tables are limited, and meals can be enjoyed in a casual setting;
18. Safety Guidelines: Follow all safety instructions provided by the crew during the activity to ensure a safe experience for everyone;

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee, if cancelled 8 days or more prior to the activity date;
• ⁠No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the activity date or in the case of a no-show;
