1. Child Ticket: Applicable for children aged 4-12 (based on year of birth). Children aged 3 and below can join free. Please provide accurate ages when booking;
2. Minimum Booking Requirement: A minimum of 2 adults is required per booking. Solo travellers should contact us to confirm if a single-person booking is possible;

Health Restrictions: This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, or guests with heart or respiratory conditions, severe motion sickness, back or neck injuries, or those recovering from recent surgeries. The boat ride may be bumpy, and limited movement on board could cause discomfort or health risks. Guests with these conditions should consult their doctor before joining and inform the crew if assistance is needed;
4. Insurance Requirements: For insurance purposes, please provide the full names, passport numbers (for non-Malaysians) or MyKad/MyKid numbers (for Malaysians), gender, nationality, and date of birth for all participants;
5. Dietary Restrictions: Inform us of any dietary preferences or allergies in advance, including vegetarian requests. Options may be limited depending on restrictions;
6. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed on board at any time to ensure comfort and safety;
7. Arrival Courtesy (Without Hotel Transfer): Arrive at the meeting point by 03:30 PM as the boat departs promptly at 04:00 PM; late arrivals must pay speedboat transfer charges if additional arrangements are needed; refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;
8. Arrival Courtesy (With Hotel Transfer): Be ready at your hotel pick-up time to avoid missing the transfer; late arrivals must pay speedboat transfer charges if additional arrangements are needed; pick-up times may occasionally be affected by delays caused by earlier guests or traffic congestion;
9. Safety & Sea Risks: Follow crew instructions at all times. The sea involves certain risks, including possible encounters with jellyfish, stingrays, or other marine life. The crew will provide assistance in case of stings or related incidents. However, LangkawiTour by QQ Holidays and the cruise operator are not liable for any accidents or incidents in the water, as guests participate at their own risk;
10. Activity & Limitations: Itineraries and water activities may change, be limited, or be cancelled due to weather or sea conditions. Guests may take turns to ensure everyone can participate;
11. Rainy Conditions: The activity will proceed in light rain. It may be delayed or rescheduled at the operator’s discretion if stormy or unsafe conditions occur. Sheltered areas, including indoor saloons and canopies, are available on board;
12. Sunset Visibility: Sunset visibility may be affected by weather or cloud conditions;
13. Trip Cancellation: If the operator cancels the activity due to stormy weather, unsafe conditions or technical issues before it begins, guests will be offered an alternative date or a refund. No refunds once the activity has started;
14. Food Notes: Most dishes are prepared on land before the cruise and may not be served hot. The menu is subject to change without prior notice;
15. Seating Arrangements: Seating is first-come, first-served, with limited shaded areas. Guests may also sit on the deck. Meals are served in a casual setting;
16. Jet Ski & Jet Car Limitations: Jet skis are operated by a marshal, while jet cars are operated by a captain. Self-driving of jet skis may be allowed, with the marshal seated behind to provide guidance and assistance;

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee, if cancelled 8 days or more prior to the activity date;
• ⁠No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the activity date or in the case of a no-show;
