Important Info

1. Child ticket: Age 3-12. Free of charge for child age 2 and below;
2. Senior Citizen ticket: Age 61 and above;
3. For the ticket purchase under Malaysian, you may be asked to present MyKad/MyKid upon ticket redemption for verification;
4. For the ticket purchase under Senior Citizen, you may be asked to present MyKad (for Malaysian) or passport (for Non-Malaysian) upon ticket redemption for verification;
5. You will have to pay the total amount of normal ticket should you fail to present the necessary document upon ticket redemption;
6. The tickets are not transferable, shareable, partially redeemable, non-exchangeable for cash and valid for one time entry only;
7. Expired voucher will not be accepted;
8. Please indicate the preferred visit time (either 10:00 AM-11:30 AM, 12:00 PM-01.30PM, 02:00-03:30 PM, 04:00-05:30 PM or 08:30-10:00 PM) in the "Remarks" section at time of booking;
9. Please arrive promptly at the redemption point 15 minutes prior to activity. No refund is available for late arrivals or No Show;
10. Visitors must comply with the Maha Tower rules and regulations, which include the signs and notices displayed in/on and/or around the premises;
11. Pet, weapon, illegal substance, firework, hazardous, combustible item, glass object and/or sharp object are strictly prohibited in the premises;
12. Smoking, food and drink including alcohol drink are not permitted in the premises;
13. LangkawiTour and Maha Tower Langkawi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect and/or consequential losses, damages, injuries suffered by visitors within the premises, arising from any acts or omissions of Maha Tower Langkawi, its staff and/or its other tower visitors whether those acts or omissions are negligent or otherwise;
14. Maha Tower Langkawi reserves the right to change the operation hours, carry out renovation, maintenance or upgrading work, close any part of the premise or restrict the number of visitors without prior notice;
15. Maha Tower Langkawi reserves the right to refuse admission to any visitors or to require the visitor already admitted to leave the tower, without refund or compensation, in circumstances such as failure to comply with the park rules, illegal, unsafe or offensive conduct;

2. Please safeguard your own belongings at all time. The risk of damage or loss of personal belongings remains with you;
3.
